The staff at the front desk were very polite. A lady in a nearby room was playing loud music in the afternoon, and i told the lady at the front desk about it, and she resolved the situation immediately. The location is good, the area looked like any other typical suburbish sort of location, with a nearby Meijers, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes. Downtown GR is also about 10 minutes away by car. The room i stayed in was fine, were some parts older looking? yes, but nothing was dirty, the showers were clean, bed was clean. Looked like some parts of the room were recently renovated.

For a budget one star place, it was much nicer than most. Yes, outdated and bare bones, but comfortable and clean. Minor improvement had been made to update bathroom and decor.

For a budget priced hotel, it had everything one would need. My room was clean and although the facility was somewhat dated, it met my needs. It is not the Riz but it was a good valude.
